Shipping Policy

  1. You acknowledge that the shipping and handling charges will be mentioned at the time of check out and you will know about them before making payments. It is difficult to ascertain a standard shipping and/or delivery charge/s due to various associated factors.
  2. Once your order has been confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company. We usually dispatch most orders within 3-7 business days.
  3. You can track the status (INSERT LINK HERE) of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
  4. If you are ordering our products during a special event, sale offered, promotional offers, seasonal offers etc., dispatches may be delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within a maximum of 7 days from the Date of Order.
  5. You understand that split shipments may happen and it means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from our different warehouse locations across India.
  6. Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times and it is dependent on the courier partner and location.
  7. Presently, we only ship to India. In case we plan to make international shipments, we will inform you.

DELIVERY POLICY

  1. Most items of our catalogue in our inventory are with us; however certain products need to be sourced afresh and accordingly there may be a delay in shipment and delivery.
  2. The estimated delivery time may vary slightly from state to state. Days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are calculated as working days. Product delivery may get delayed due to reasons relating to logistics issues. Moreover, we reserve the right to pause deliveries to any part of the country at any time if so warranted.
  3. If an order is updated as delivered but you have not received the order, you have to be intimate to our customer service team via call or email within 24 hours of the delivery intimation and you will have to give 48-72 hours to investigate with our courier partners.
  4. Cash on Delivery (COD) option may or may not be available for all products subjected to availability, promotions and offers.
  5. You are requested not to accept an order if the shipment is damaged or tampered.
  6. We are not responsible for damages post-delivery. We do not take responsibility for the misplacement of products post-delivery.
  7. You understand that in some cases, our reverse pick-up service is not available at some locations. In such cases, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner.
  8. Lastly, there may be uncertain times that may cause delays in product dispatches & deliveries owing to constraints on logistics, political scenarios, demand-supply, economic scenarios, and other uncontrollable factors. In these instances, unfortunately, we would not be able to commit to dispatch or delivery timelines and request you to bear with us.
